A must listen for PMs

Intercom is really producing some amazing content in the product management space right now. Clear, insightful and deep. There are so many clout chasing Medium posts / pod casts these days that it can be very challenging to find something really worth reading / listening to. This, my friend, is definitely worth your time.

Fresh, Relevant, Insightful

The folks at Intercom are just nailing it. If you work in product design or product management, this is a must-listen. Intercom is NOT the typical Silicon Valley tech startup that thrives on superficial, faddish flavors of the week. No, Intercom has done its research, built successful and enduring products, and is now sharing that with the rest of us. Thank you Des!
